We were really impressed by the amount of information available on iii.co.uk. Although this is targeted towards UK traders, it opens up markets across the globe, offering instant updates on a wide array of products and markets. There are also guides to read, or you can request support if it’s needed, as well as community boards which are buzzing with activity. All added together, this is a great resource for finding out about recent changes in the markets, with data on the highest performing and lowest performing areas to help inform your trading decisions.

The site is very clear about the potential pitfalls of online trading, offering warnings and advice on the various risks, as well as providing plenty of information on literally hundreds of markets.  Services cover shares and funds, ISAs, SIPPs, spread betting, CFDs, Forex markets, Unit and Investment trusts, bonds, ETFs and many more, so you’re a bit spoiled for choice. This makes it a great website if you’re planning on building a substantial portfolio of different products, helping to keep things interesting and potentially spread the risk.
